Operations Manager at Measure Protocol

As an Operations Manager at Measure Protocol, you are responsible for managing, setting up, and monitoring the day-to-day operations of client projects.

Your work is instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of data collection initiatives and delivering high-quality behavioral data to our clients.

The Operations team at Measure is tasked with managing, tracking, and executing all data collection tasks within the Measure Community to support our commercial objectives.

In your role, you're helping to redefine how we collect and deliver behavioural data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between Engineering, Panel, Operations, and Sales teams
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular stand-up meetings and cross-functional syncs
  • Assist in setting up and managing our survey and data collection projects.
  • Ensure alignment and communication across departments for efficient project execution
  • Oversee timelines and deliverables for both internal and client-facing projects
  • Monitor project progress, escalate risks or blockers, and ensure timely completion
  • Deliver regular updates and maintain project documentation
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors
  • Support the Sales team in coordinating and launching operationally complex client projects
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts by preparing workflows, resourcing plans, and project scopes
  • Engage directly with clients to understand key requirements and timelines, when required
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritise and implement new tooling
  • Drive efficiency through automation, standardisation, and documentation of processes

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Flexible and thrives in fast-changing environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Experience in a tech, data, or market research company is a plus
